6 Days and Counting......

Happy Monday Everyone......it's finally the week of the triathlon....not nervous yet...but i'm sure by Saturday, I'll be a Nervous Wreck!!!.....I am super confident in my swimming and riding portions of the race..but when it comes to running I don't' think I put in as much training as I should have....That being said, I will still go out there and give it my all!  I still hope to finish the race (including transition area times) 2 hours and 30 minutes...So we will see what happens....(I will blog Monday about the race, photo's included, because my hubby is the best when it comes to capturing race photos)

Well I got up and ran 3 miles this morning did it in 36 minutes and change...Hoping to get that time down a little before my next triathlon....Tomorrow starts my 28 days of belly burning fat training with Joe my favorite trainer of all times)  I am a guinea pig in this new trial he is doing...It includes a eating plan...and working out with him 4 times a week for (30 min each time)..and on top of that I will still be doing my training....

It's gonna be a busy few weeks..but excited for all that it will lead up to.....excited to see family in September for a wedding, and then  a week at the beach house with family to celebrate my parents 35 years of marriage together!!!!
