Is it Thursday Yet???

Woke up at 5:20 this morning to go bike riding....while it's great to get my workouts done in the morning, it's super tired...and I have to work tonight as well.....Thank Goodness tomorrow is my sleep in morning....and yes 7:00 is sleeping in to me!......

Rode 13.2 miles this morning in 61 minutes...Not bad.....now I just need to get my legs prepared to run after riding....

I have been non-stop today at work, and that is a good thing I guess...it kept me from writing this all day! lol...and I still have more work to do...So this is going to be short today...

A synopsis of my day of food

Breakfast - 380 Calories
Lunch - 360 calories
Dinner - Not sure
Snacks - 164 Calories

And I burned 937 calories today working out......

Tomorrow will be better I promise.....
Just keep Going....
