It's Wednesday....Happy Hump Day!

 Good morning!!......And a good morning it is...got back into training again this morning and ran 2 miles...and this morning was pretty good...I only walked one light pole (that is where we have 2 big hills, and I will myself to run up them a little farther every time, and now my next run, I will have to run both of them the entire way!)
I thought this saying was very true....Be you..

I figure the next couple weeks will have to focus on my running and biking because those are my 2 weakest events in the triathlon....(thanks to my daddy, i'm a pretty good swimmer)...and I just realized my first triathlon the swim is only 600 meters, not the 800 I had thought....

I'm getting very excited for my first triathlon...Nervous, anxious, and excited all at the same time...I have figured out in my head how much time I would like to allocate for each event...
Swimming- 15 minutes
Biking - 1 hour 30 minutes
Running - 35 minutes

So if my calculations are correct it should take me under 2 hours and 20 minutes to finish the course. It's a starting goal and somewhere to work off of!!

I think if we could all be like this we could be the best people we could be....I'm going to work on all of these...Starting with Change Yourself/ You are in Control...This is the concept that I struggle with the most....Once you can change your thoughts/habits, the rest is just details...Today Focus on what you can change to make a better choice in your life!
