Happy Hump day

Well it's Wednesday, and we are almost through this week.....decided to have yesterday off from working out, because this cough is really taking a toll on me....was gonna get up and work out this morning, but the crying baby from upstairs decided to cry from 3am-4am (not sure why the parents didn't pick him up) and then my coughing kept me restless from 5am-7am....so I am going to go swimming after work!  Very excited for that (I definitely get my love of swimming from my daddy!)

Also put together my calendar for my triathlon training..and it's gonna be hard...on top of doing my Jillian tapes, i'm going to have to incorporate on Tuesdays - swimming, and Fridays Running...I have substituted my cardio days with my training..so only twice a week will I be doing double workouts....But the next 7 weeks will be hard,......but so worth it...I LOVE TRIATHLONS!!

Whats on the Menu Today:

Breakfast- Steel Cut Oatmeal with Blueberries/Almond Milk, Coffee, and Banana

Lunch: Italian Style Wedding Soup and Half Sandwich

Snack: air popped popcorn

Dinner: Protein Bar
