Tired Tuesday

Yep, it's a tired Tuesday today......was helping pack my prior nannying kids for camp last night....and that is tiring.....was there till after 10:00 and was up some of the night coughing... :(  So this mornings workout will happen tonight.....But I did remember to weigh in, and I weighed in at 251..lost 1lb from last week....Waiting to reach that 10lb lost mark..hopefully next week!  Workouts are getting harder, and I need to start adding my triathlon training in full force!  Working on a training schedule now for the next 2 months.  Anxious for my 1st triathlon of the season, even if it's 2 months away!

Been battling this couch for about a week and a half, i'm really hoping it goes away because it hurts and is annoying.....

Plus side for the next 2 weeks i'm not working at my part-time job, so I'm able to really focus on training and getting a good start on that!!!

Whats on the Menu Today:

Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal made with almond milk and blueberries, coffee and a banana

Lunch: Soup and 1/2 sandwich

Snack: greek yogurt

Dinner: Chicken Breast, green beans and salad (with tomato & avocado)
