Today I did workout 6..it wasn't too bad...I just need to get more sleep...I have always needed sleep and going to bed after 11:00 for whole week is not helping me...
Triathlon training is in full effect...did sprint swim training last night at the pool....that is really hard...I could swim laps for hours, but when you have to do sprints..that is difficult..but it will make me better!! Tomorrow is workout #5 and running 20 minutes....and Saturday is biking for 50 minutes and swimming 400-600 meters.
Whats on the Menu Today:
Breakfast - Oatmeal with blueberries/strawberries, and coffee

I totally hear ya with the 'sprint' part of your swimming. I could run for days, but don't ask me to sprint because it's not something I can do with ease.
