Do you ever get side tracked and loose focus?......Kind of like riding a bike for the first time...when you start riding and get excited and for one second and take your mind off the task at hand and you fall off the bike......Once this happens you have 2 options...you can get back on that bike and keep trying, or you can give up.....So many times in my life I have chosen the second option....I have given up because of a set back...I have chosen to let one bad day or week, turn into months and years.....So this time I'm choosing option 1...I'm getting back on the bike and finishing what I set out to accomplish.....
I said all that to say that when I weighed in this morning i had gained 4lbs....I fell off the bike for a few days, and I'm choosing to get right back on starting this morning..no more waiting for tomorrow....I have to learn in life that weight will always be a struggle/battle for me...these were the genes I was born with....so I can either sit back and let it win, or be in control.....
I'm not proud of the weight gain....but I do promise to work hard and train harder.....
This morning the hubby and I woke up and did the #6 workout, and tomorrow I will be running and either biking or swimming...and Saturday I will be doing Biking and either running or swimming....
Whats on the Menu Today:
Breakfast - steel cut oats with craisins and slivered almonds
Lunch - baked chicken, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, greens,
Snack - TDB
Dinner - TDB
