Well I have missed posting here for 3 days....AHHHHH....Friday was a good day...I had the day off, so I was able to bike for 11.5 miles and swim a little over a 1/4 of a mile...it felt good to get back into the groove of things....
Saturday, was supposed to be running and biking day, but I was only able to run..(because my butt hurt so bad from biking the day before :( )....I ran 3 miles in 37:30...(not great, but a starting point)...my goal is to be closer to 33:00 minutes for 3 miles and under 34 for a 5K (which is 3.1miles)....so I just need to keep training....
Sunday was REST DAY! Thank God...My body was crying :) lol....
So here we are, it's Monday, and I started tracking my food intake on this myfitnesspal.com ......it's a great way to actually see how many calories/carbs/protein/fat I am taking in on a daily basis...and it also has a place to put in your exercise, so it shows you how many calories you are burning as well...So that is another great thing I am using to help me stay on track...I will be posting a picture of my food journals on here every day... (well it might be updated the next day so I make sure all my food is on there...) but today I already have my food picked out.
My caloric intake is supposed to be 1430..but they seem to add your
exercise calories to that allowing for you to eat more food....(I will
probably not be partaking in the extra calories unless I have some type
of even to go to..and even then will be very careful of what I am
eating)
This mornings workout was a Jillian tape...it always feels good to get back into a workout groove...
and this week is the first week in FOREVER that we do not have anything planned any night until Saturday...(LOVE LOVE LOVE)
Oh and also my weigh in day will be changing to Wednesday...(just in case you wanted to know)
My fitness pal .. I know it well and I do love it. My doctor actually to me about it. I think I mentioned it to you a while ago. It keeps me in 'check' ...
