Is it Friday yet?......It's only Tuesday and it feels like this week has been super super long....Busy Busy at work, and keeping focused on my training....Got called in to work tonight 8-12, so tomorrow I will only be working out at night (going swimming) because the temperature is going to be over 90 at 7:30pm tomorrow....
This morning I ran 2 miles in 22:30...not bad..trying to build myself up to run 4 miles before my triathlon....Slow and steady wins the race I guess...
